We always find it funny how people don’t realize what goes on behind the scenes—they just assume an expo magically appears! We’re basically like a bunch of little elves working through the night so everything’s ready for clients and their participant’s to enjoy. It’s a lot of hard work and definitely not for everyone, but it’s always worth it to see it all come together.
We worked on this show tirelessly—starting at midnight!—to bring this expo floor to life. It’s truly a team effort, and it’s amazing to see everyone come together to build something special. This is exactly what conference and trade show setups are all about: dedication, teamwork, and a bit of late-night magic.
